Stephen Willis, P.E., joined TorcSill in 2015 as Engineering Manager.
Serving in the same capacity, Willis has grown the TorcSill Engineering TEAM to become the global leader in helical pile design, developing the civil and structural resources necessary to overcome the most complex foundation challenges
With a complete professional background in both Civil and Structural Engineering, Stephen brings high-level professional oversight to TorcSill’s cross-disciplinary projects. Prior to joining TorcSill, he worked as a Structural Engineer at Johnson & Pace Inc. Willis holds Professional Engineering licenses in 23 states, focusing heavily on TorcSill’s key areas of operation.
Stephen holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the West of England. He also earned a Graduate Certificate in Contemporary Structural Engineering, also from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He is an active member of the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) Helical Pile and Tiebacks Committee and the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC).
